Mingle Agency had been chosen by AIRELLES to cover the official opening of the Matsuhisa Saint-Tropez restaurant.
Our team had the honor of filming the traditional Saké ceremony, hosted by legendary chef Nobu Matsuhisa, creator of the concept and a leading figure in Japanese gastronomy. All of this took place in the sumptuous setting of the Château de la Messardière, an emblematic Saint-Tropez landmark, providing the perfect backdrop for this exceptional event.As part of this production, Mingle took on the challenge of delivering the images very quickly after the event, in order to meet the urgent broadcast needs for communication of the opening.
